For NON-Personalized products, we offer a straightforward exchange or return process designed for your convenience. Please notify our team within 5 working days of receiving your package. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. In the event that you receive a damaged product or notice tampering with the packaging before opening, we kindly ask you to refuse acceptance and return the package to the delivery person.
