Returns Policy

For NON-Personalized products, we offer a straightforward exchange or return process designed for your convenience. Please notify our team within 5 working days of receiving your package. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. In the event that you receive a damaged product or notice tampering with the packaging before opening, we kindly ask you to refuse acceptance and return the package to the delivery person. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, we also request that you provide an unboxing video of any damaged or tampered packages. Please be aware that our return policy does not apply to bulk or corporate orders..

Certain products (socks, hoodie, eye masks etc.) where personal hygiene is a part of the product use case are not applicable for return. For such products, this note is mentioned directly on the product page.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
